Hari sabtu baru2 ni adelah time checkup Mr.HB..So we prayed that ade good news from the doctor...
The good news was Mr.HB beransur sembuh...but maybe we expected more than that...well Mr.HB bone ade improvement...so the Doct said blh buang satu cruches and using one only..Ingatkan during raya Mr.HB dh tk payah pakai cruches...but is not about time yet...So tk blh lah Mr.HB melaram sakan mase raye yea...
Then ntah apsl tetiba spital tukar polisi and end up we didn't manage to do the physio bcz of the GL issue..dh berbulan2 datang pun still ade issue lagi ke...
We waited about 2 hours jugak lah...Then this guys from the customer service informed us that our insurance comp cannot released the GL and we have to pay it first and then claim back...bab claim yg malas ni..ingt cepat ke nk dapat balik duit...then tk puas hati nye he said reason was P&C..what the F**K....tp at the time aku diam aje..just bising kat Mr.HB aje...you asked us to pay but bgtau reason private and convidential...
Tk pernah nye aku dengar org bgtau mcm tu kalau bab bayar2 ni...yealah kan dh kena duit sendiri mestilah nk tau apsal kena bayar sendiri...then Mr.HB call the insurance company...skang cerita lain lak..the insurance company cakap we don't have to pay..they can release the GL..maybe that mamat die nk keje senang asal company die dpt collect duit aje...so kita org tggu ajelah..tk kisah lah janji tk kena bayar sendiri..smpi nurse kat situ pun marah dgn customer service cz tgk kita org dok tggu lama and Mr.HB dok kena jalan sana sini...
Sambil2 tgggu tu berkenal-kenalan lah dgn patient kat sana...hehhe..jumpa member physio sesama dgn Mr.HB..die buat minor surgery kat lutut cz tulang dh bertemu tulang kat lutut die..so jln sakit..rasenye bcz die overweight lah...thst's why lutut sakit..but very funny that guy..nice to chit chat with him...die siap tegur mamat customer service tu suruh proper buat kerje....Lps dpt kluar GL and settle semua tu..Mr.HB tanye nk tk gi sound mamat tu(Mr.HB punye style everything kena buat discussion including nk sound or marah orang..heheh)..but aku yg kesian cakap let give him a second chance....see kita org tk nk memalu kan die...
Sbb semua kejadian di atas xde gmbr letak gmbr lain lah yea..hehehehe

alah imah... pasal GL nie memang kenkadang orang2 kat hospital nie nak kerja senang.... malas nak berurusan ngan insurance company.....
