Just now I heard this useful information from AiFM (chinese Radio station). It was saying about how to protect ourself from H5N1, AH1N1 @ any other H&N (Flu). To kill bacteria in the air, you can use 1 portion of vinegar (cuka, any cuka makan) + 1 portion of clean water. mixed it and spray in the air. you can spray it in your office, bedroom, living, toilet etc... You can even use it to raise your mouth/ to clean your nose@ hands. this is because the flu bacteria cannot sustain in acid (yg masam-masam la) and hot air (means kalau jemu 2jam dia mati) selain drpd tu, we must make sure our air ventilation is good enough in our house, bukakan la pintu, tingkap bila balik kerja......Selamat mencuba & semoga kita semua sihat2 je slalu.... DI thailand.. Org kat sana menggunakan kaedah air kelapa muda dicampur kurma utk kurang panas badan dan boleh jugak mengelak virus H1N1 ni..

Note: Selamat mencuba...dok mencari mask N95..tapi currently semua farmasi abis di jual and harga makin lama makin tinggi lak....
